Filling out a pre-enrollment form will place you on any mailing or email lists for information updates.
We are excited to offer the opportunity to enroll your child in Lincoln Providence Academy. You may enroll any time. Please note, however, that students who enrollment midyear might experience unique challenges due to experiencing a mid-year transition. For this reason, parents are encouraged to enroll prior to the start of a new school year.
In order to enroll in any Parallel Hope school, your child must be at least 5 years old before September 1 of the current school. If your child is, or will be, five or older, please complete the online application, or print a copy, to begin the admission process.
As part of the admission process, every family will attend a meeting with the school’s administration. On scheduled instruction days, a classroom visit may be arranged. On non-instruction days, administration will endeavor to have the child’s potential teacher present.
As Parallel Hope Schools does not follow a traditional age-equals-grade placement, another part of the admission process is placement testing. This testing is designed to be a best estimate of a child’s current academic knowledge and is not an indicator of a child’s intelligence. In addition, as an estimate it is possible for a child’s original placement to be adjusted in order to best meet the needs of each child.
There is an application fee for all applicants of $50. This fee is designed to cover the cost of the testing.
